THE FINAL game of round three of the Irish Wire Products Limerick Senior Football Championship sees the meeting of Fr Casey's and Monaleen in Mick Neville Park this evening at 7:30pm.
Monaleen remain unbeaten after recording victories over Rathkeale and Na Piarsaigh in round one and two. Meanwhile, Fr Casey's have suffered a defeat to Adare and played out a draw with Oola in their first two games.
Adare are top of Group One with six points. Monaleen are second on four points, Oola are third with three points, Rathkeale sit fourth on two points, Fr Casey’s are fifth with one point, and Na Piarsaigh are bottom without a point.

A win for Monaleen this evening would see them secure their place into the knockout stages of the Limerick SFC. Last year’s county finalists, Fr Casey’s, will be targeting a win after a disappointing start to the Limerick SFC campaign, as another defeat tonight would leave them with only a third-place finish at best.
Monaleen are backboned by Limerick senior footballers Tadgh O'Siochru, Conall O'Duinn and Darragh Murray. Fr Casey's have four Limerick senior footballers on their side which include Mark McCarthy, Fiachra Cotter, Rory O'Brien and Diarmuid Buckley.
After this evening's clash both sides will be back out in action in round four of the Limerick SFC on the weekend of September 27/28.
