LIMERICK will face Wexford in the quarter-final of the Tailteann Cup on Sunday afternoon at 3:45pm in the TUS Gaelic Grounds. The Tailteann Cup quarter-final clash will be shown on GAA+ with coverage getting underway at 3:30pm.
The sides met twice this year during Division 4 of the Allianz Football League, Limerick defeated Wexford in the Division 4 league final. Meanwhile, Wexford got the better of Limerick in round two of the league.
The Shannonsiders secured a direct spot in the Tailteann Cup quarter-finals by finishing top of Group 3, while Wexford advanced through the preliminary quarter-final stage after proving too strong for Antrim.

Wicklow take on Westmeath, Kildare meet Offaly and Fermanagh face Sligo in the three other quarter-finals of the Tailteann Cup.
If Limerick come out on top this weekend, Jimmy Lee's side will advance to the Tailteann Cup semi-finals on June 22 in Croke Park.
