Current Newcastle West boss Jimmy Lee has been confirmed as the new Limerick manager on a two-year deal

JIMMY LEE has been ratified as the new Limerick senior football manager at tonight's meeting of the Football Development Committee on a two-year term.
The Newcastle West man has also had has impressive backroom team confirmed and it contains former Limerick senior manager John Brudair and former Limerick star Stephen Kelly.
Lee saw off competition from 2023 interim manager Mark Fitzgerald and minor manager John Ryan to become the new Limerick boss. The full list of his backroom team is below.
John Brudair(Dromcollogher-Broadford) Coach/Selector
Pat Donnelly (Feenagh-Kilmeedy) Coach/Selector
Stephen Kelly (Newcastle West) Coach/Selector
Micheál Cahill (Mungret St Paul's) Strength and Conditioning/Coach
They will now be put forward for ratification by the County Executive on Thursday, September 7 and County Committee on Tuesday, September 12.
