Limerick U20 footballers face Cork in Munster semi-final

LIMERICK'S U20 footballers are in Munster semi-final this evening when they face the daunting task of playing Cork in Páirc Uí Chaoimh.

Shane Kelly's side reached the last four following a 2-6 to 0-6 win over Waterford in last week's quarter-final but are face a Cork outfit that are major favourites to book their spot in the final.

Kelly is under no illusions as to the challenge facing his charges against the Rebels but knows that Limerick have the ability to hurt their opponents.

Limerick will need the likes of David O'Shaughnessy and Darragh Murray at their very best to have any hope of pulling off a major surprise by beating the Rebels and earning a spot in the Munster Final.

The game has a 7pm throw-in at Páirc Uí Chaoimh and is live on TG4's YouTube channel.
