Why have you decided to run in the Local Elections ?

I think Limerick is at a crucial point in its history where we have opportunities to make the county a fantastic place to live, not just for ourselves but for our future generations and I don’t have faith in the current representation we have. I felt that I could have sat back and complained and done nothing about it or put myself forward.

Why should people vote for you?

If you want a fresh voice, a fresh opinion and someone that is not your typical lip-service politician, vote for me. I’ve got a strong background in business, a very positive social track record and a desire to do my best for Limerick. I believe we’re all tired of the election promises that will disappear immediately after the results. If like me, you want to see things actually change in this country, it starts with the local elections. Vote for change.

What do you think is lacking in your area and what will you be campaigning for?

We have several key problems in Limerick. The plans for burning waste by Irish Cement need to be stopped.

The crisis for both social and general housing in Limerick is of utmost importance and the increase in anti social behaviour in Limerick needs to be addressed urgently. These are just the tip of the iceberg that needs to be dealt with in the immediate future to ensure Limerick is a viable place to live in and more importantly to thrive in.
