RIP: Limerick deaths and funeral details, Tuesday, December 16

The death has occurred of Ann Curtin, (née Landy), The Square, Brosna, Co Kerry and formerly of Prospect, Ballingarry, Co Tipperary,  peacefully at home on Monday, December 15, in her 96th year.

Predeceased by her husband Con and her siblings.

Ann is very sadly missed by her loving family Angela, John, Julie and Siobhán, son-in-law Ian Wallace, nieces, nephews, all her other relatives and friends.

Reposing at St Carthage’s Church, Brosna (V92 KC04) on Wednesday, December 17 from 6pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass for Ann will be celebrated in St Carthage’s Church, Brosna on Thursday, December 18 at 11am.

The death has occurred of Dolores Healy (Nee Purcell) Keane Street, Killalee, Limerick and late of St John's Hospital and Verbatim Limerick on December 15, peacefully, in University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her parents Dolly and Joe Purcell.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Mike Barron, daughter Annemarie, sons Ger, Noel, Roy and John, grandchildren, great grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters Marie and Jean, brothers Mike, Junior, Dominic and Christy, brothers-in-law, sisters -in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at Cross’s Funeral Home, Gerald Griffin Street, Thursday, December 18, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Funeral will arrive Friday, December 19, at St John's Cathedral, Cathedral Place, for Requiem Mass at 1pm, followed by Service at Shannon Crematorium at 3pm.

The death has occurred of Gerard Liddy Island View, Corbally, Limerick on December 15, peacefully, at Milford Care Centre, Limerick, surrounded by his loving family. 

Sadly missed by his loving children, sons Dermot and Gary, daughters Joan and Nicole, grandchildren, great grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law Mary, brother-in-law Terry, cousins Chrissie, John, Lisa, Derek and Kenneth, other relatives, a large circle of friends and neighbours.

A special mention to Christy Rainbow who was a great support to our Father and to us as a family in Dad's final days. Also a special mention to all staff in Milford Care Centre for the exceptional care support and compassion to our loving Father. 

Funeral will arrive to St Mary's Church, Athlunkard Street on Saturday, December 20 for 11am Requiem Mass, followed by a service in Shannon Crematorium at 1pm.
