Gardaí appeal for witnesses after car tyre slashed outside Limerick home

GARDAÍ are appealing for witnesses who may have saw a thief slash a tyre outside a house in Limerick.

“A thief slashed the rear tyre on the driver’s side of a black Vauxhall Insignia Hatchback, that was parked outside a house at Mullally Lawn in Cappamore,” said garda John Finnerty of Henry St garda station. 

This incident took place between 10pm on Wednesday, October 9 and 9.30am on Thursday morning.

The gardai at Cappamore are investigating and are appealing for any witnesses to contact them on 061 381202.
