THE LIMERICK senior camogie team begin their National League campaign this Saturday.

The Shannonsiders travel to Down this Saturday for a Division 1B clash, 1.30pm, in the Clonduff GAA grounds.

Limerick then host Antrim on February 22 at 2pm. In round three, Wexford will face Limerick on March 1. Two weeks later, on March 15, Limerick will take on their neighbours Clare. Limerick then finish their round-robin league campaign against Westmeath on March 22. 

Adare's Caoimhe Costello captains the side, while Ailbhe Larkin has been named as vice captain. Meanwhile, Stephaine Woulfe, Sarah Cunningham and Caoimhe Lyons were part of the UL Ashbourne Cup winning team.
