STAFF of a marketing agency based in the Shannon Free Zone are celebrating after the firm landed a major award.

Core Optimisation was named Large Agency of the Year at the Irish eCommerce awards 2025.

The prize comes as the firm marks its 10th anniversary.

Founded in 2015 by Caroline Dunlea and David Brett, Core Optimisation is a full-service digital marketing solutions provider dedicated to helping a wide range of brands achieve sustainable, long-term profitability.

The awards 2025 took place at The Round Room at The Mansion House in Dublin.

They recognise and reward the organisations, teams, and individuals who are helping shape the thriving internet retail industry across the island of Ireland.

Kieran O’Brien, director of marketing and communications at Core Optimisation said: “We are delighted to win this prestigious award that recognises the very best in the Irish eCommerce sector.
