Eve Stafford, President of Network Ireland Limerick and Deputy President Barbara Mc Carthy
EVE Stafford, President of Network Ireland Limerick, is inviting all members and non members too to the group's upcoming event on January 23 at Limerick Strand Hotel where a wellbeing coach will provide some unique insights.
She said: “We are delighted to welcome Margot Fox, of the Fox Way of Life, to Limerick and for her to share some tips and knowledge at this point in the year, in getting more out of our lives and work. Margot will be sharing some insights around the themes of Connect, Communicate and Self Regulate.”
A new year, can mean a new you, or a better you and all of the members of Network Ireland Limerick are eager to improve their new year, this month, by coming together to learn about self regulation and communicating and connecting better.
On the occasion of her appointment as President Eve commented: "It is an honour to be the 2025 president of Network Ireland Limerick Branch. I am privileged to have a wonderful group of volunteers on our committee and such supportive members in the Network. In 2025, I will focus on the theme of 'You Are Not Alone,' working to build community, foster connections, and create a strong support network for our members."

The charity of the year for the organisation is ALONE in 2025, which has a special place in the heart of the incoming President.
Margot Fox, is a Mental Health and Wellbeing Coach, Behavioural Trainer and International Keynote Speaker who uses story, humour, props, music and movement to embed the science. Her training is high-energy and it challenges her audiences to view the stresses of life in a different way in order to thrive in work and in life.
“Using puppets and chairs to demonstrate our daily behaviours, I use a method called 5 Chairs, 5 Choices to support us in being more conscious of our behaviours as we go through our working day. Using these techniques, we can become more intentional in the way we respond to those around us resulting in us becoming master communicators both in work and life. Communicating authentically is crucial to our mental wellbeing as it fosters better relationships and overall life satisfaction,” said Margot.
Speaking about the upcoming event Margot added: “What an incredibly special evening, our gathering was just filled with energy. I was so delighted to share and it’s always just a reminder to be free to celebrate who we are and to lean into the team."
