Training Tip
"Indoor 800m, 1500m and 3000m races require a very careful and specific training plan. Where possible, use the opportunity to train on the contours and dimensions of an indoor track, and take care with performing speed work outdoors in cold weather." - Mike Carmody
For anyone thinking of the Great Limerick Run Marathon or Half Marathon -
“Find a training partner or a group for your long runs, it will make it feel easier and also improve motivation.” - Karen Raine
