Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan, has admitted in a recent interview that she had been deficient in vitamins while doing a press tour for the upcoming new series.
In a recent interview with Bustle, Nicola was asked what is something she has learned about herself.
Coughlan said: "I think I had like a vitamin deficiency. I was really tired all the time when I was doing a lot of travel and a lot of press and I was constantly sleepy and then one of my best friends, Camilla about a quiz which her husband did and he has been taken these all-in-one vitamins since. I have done it and I feel so much better and I am like, oh I just needed a bunch of vitamins."
