The Corn Dún Bleisce took centre stage last weekend for coursing supporters of Doon and surrounding areas. The village nestled on the Limerick Tipperary border came alive at the weekend with two fantastic days of coursing. The Corn Dún Bleisce and Nom Ryan memorial cup (bitches) has a strong tradition in coursing circles and has attracted a decent field to contest the event.
