SIXMILEBRIDGE native John O'Meara made his championship debut as Patrickswell manager in Sunday's narrow Limerick SHC defeat to Doon.
Despite the 0-27 to 1-23 defeat, O'Meara was proud of his side's effort but felt the effort required to off-set the red cards cost his side in the final minutes.
Patrickswell must now regroup to play Ahane in Sunday's live game on TG4.
