WATCH: Na Piarsaigh captain Mike Casey looks forward to Limerick senior hurling final

MIKE CASEY and his Na Piarsaigh team are aiming to write themselves into the club's history books this weekend as they attempt to win two senior hurling county finals in a row.

Casey knows better than anyone that getting to the final is the ultimate goal at the start of the season and after a challenging battle against Doon in the semi-final, Na Piarsaigh are relishing another final appearance.

While speaking about the semi-final victory, Limerick star Mike Casey stated: “Look, that's the beauty of Limerick championship, the top couple of teams are so competitive. To have the game go down to penalties was just the luck of the draw really and was all about holding your nerve.”

2019 was the last time Na Piarsaigh met Patrickswell in the senior club hurling final and this Saturday’s game is sure to be another epic battle for the Caherdavin men.

Throw-in for Saturday's Bon Secours Limerick senior hurling championship final between Na Piarsaigh and Patrickswell at the TUS Gaelic Grounds is 5.15pm. The game will be live on TG4.
