"It's a reward for the efforts we have put in. It's magnificent for all of us in the management team. The lads worked hard throughout the year. The few changes we made worked and the five points after half time got us going" said UL manager Brian Ryan.
UL defeated DCU 0-23 to 1-15 in the Fitzgibbon Cup final on Saturday afternoon in the Connacht GAA centre of excellence.
