DROMIN-ATHLACCA made a winning return to senior hurling ranks when recording a deserved 2-23 to 3-14 victory over South Liberties in their Group 2 Bon Secours Limerick senior hurling championship opening round fixture at Kilmallock on Thursday evening.
Limerick senior star David Reidy led the way for last year's premier intermediate hurling champions, accounting for 1-14 of the Dromin-Athlacca tally, including 1-3 from play.
Following the game, Leader Sport caught up with Reidy to reflect on his side's win in the club's first game at senior level since 2008.
