LIMERICK begin their 2024 season this coming Sunday when they make the trip to Mallow where they face Cork in the Co-op Superstores Munster Hurling League.
It is the first competitive game for John Kiely's men since the 2023 All-Ireland hurling final win over Kilkenny last July. Limerick are likely to be giving plenty of chances to fringe players in this game and the one with Clare next week.
Ahead of the competition's start, Limerick S&C coach Cairbre Ó Cairealláín spoke to Leader Sport about how the Treaty men have prepared for the Munster Hurling League.
