LIMERICK’S Will O’Donoghue admits it was ‘big’ for his side to get over the line against neighbours Clare earlier this month in their All-Ireland semi-final clash at Croke Park.

Limerick were pushed all the way in their final four clash at GAA HQ. An Aidan O’Connor goal in the 70th minute gave the 2023 All-Ireland champions the lead for the first time since the 11th minute of the contest, with Kiely’s charges running out 1-21 to 1-19 winners.

O’Donoghue spoke about getting the job done against their Munster rivals and looks ahead to this year’s decider against Galway this weekend.
