MET Eireann issued a Status Yellow thunderstorm warning for Limerick, Cork and Kerry this Sunday afternoon.
The weather warning is valid from 9am to 6pm on Monday.

Potential impacts include lightning damage, power outages, localised flooding and difficult travelling conditions.
A number of stunning photos of lightning strikes in Kilkee on Saturday night have been shared on social media including the one above by Cllr Rita McInerney.
The mayor of the West Clare Municipal District posted the photo on her Facebook page.
