WATCH: 'Quirky' Snow White pantomime on way to Limerick stage!
SNOW White with a ‘quirky’ twist will entertain Limerick crowds this Christmas period, in one of three panto offerings on Shannonside.
Limerick Panto Society’s production of Snow White will be landing in the TUS Millennium Theatre from December 27 to January 7 and promises “something for everyone”.
Making her debut as lead character in this year’s production is Limerick’s Jane Delahunty, a former Laurel Hill student and a ‘beautiful’ Snow White.
Her prince is an untraditional, Robin Hood type role called Arrow, played by Philip Flannery.
Alongside these two protagonists are 15 others, including Barbie and Ken, the Evil Queen, a superhero of his own called Speedster and Back to the Future’s time travelling duo, Doc and Marty.
“If I had to describe the play in three words, it would be magical, festive and absolutely hilarious - it is definitely one for the family this Christmas!,” said Jane, aka, Snow White.
