LIMERICK fans of one iconic soap opera will get the 'once-in-a-lifetime' chance to say goodbye to a 'beloved' character in person.

After over 30 incredible years on Home and Away, Lynne McGranger is saying goodbye to beloved character Irene Roberts – and fans in Limerick have a chance to be part of it.

Lynne is embarking on a farewell tour, including an "unforgettable evening" in Limerick.

The event, which will feature a live Q&A, offers the chance to meet the actress in person, snap a photo together, and pick up exclusive signed merchandise. 

"This is a rare opportunity to celebrate Lynne’s extraordinary journey on Home and Away, hear about her favourite storylines over the years, and a chance for fans to say farewell to a TV legend," a spokesperson for the event said.

Fans can join Lynne at The Absolute Hotel, on Wednesday, October 29 at 7.30pm. 

She will also be making stops in Dublin and Cork on Friday, October 1 and Sunday, November 2, respectively.

Tickets, which can be purchased here, are "extremely limited and expected to sell fast".
