Lee Reeves has announced he is joining the cast of Survivor UK 2023
A LIMERICK sport star has joined a cast in a hit TV show, coming soon to our screens.
Boxer Lee Reeves has announced he has taken part in the reboot series of Survivor UK.
The TV series franchise sees contestants go into the wild and survive off the bare minimum of supplies, with the chance to win a £100,000 cash prize.
Professional Boxer Lee was crowned North American Boxing Federation light welterweight champion in 2022 and has a decorated career in the sport.

The new season of Survivor UK is coming to our screens soon after more than a 20 year hiatus. Lee is one of 18 others featuring on the new series of the BBC show.
In his announcement of his latest venture, Lee stated on Instagram: “So me and 17 other legends got marooned on a tropical island.
“Then got split into two tribes. Then had to survive for weeks without supplies and barely enough food to stay alive.
“While having to compete against each other in physical and mental battles like you would not believe! Each few days. Somebody has got to go home.
“Until one person can WIN THE CASH PRIZE OF £100,000 AND THE TITLE OF SOLE SURVIVOR.
“STRAP YOURSELVES IN FOR THE REALEST REALITY SHOW YOUR TV CAN PROVIDE! Coming soon to BBC1 and BBC I PLAYER”
Joel Dommett is set to host the latest series, which first appeared on ITV in 2001.
