Treaty's Katie Lawlee did have the chance to give the Shannonsiders the lead in the 15th minute, but her effort was well held by Shelbourne shot-stopper Mya Sanchez.
Lawlee was dangerous throughout and was denied again in the 80th minute after neat inter-play between her Treaty teammates Ciara Breslin and Kyah Coady.
Treaty will be hoping to pick up their first points of the season with the visit of their Munster neighbours on Saturday afternoon.
