THE NOMINEES for the 2025 SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division Awards have been confirmed ahead of a ceremony on November 14.

Treaty United midfielder Isabella Flocchini is nominated for the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division Player of the Year in a category that is dominated by league winners Athlone Town.
Athlone have four nominations including Kelly Brady, Madison Gibson, Roisin Molloy and Hannah Waesch. Wexford attacker Ellen Molloy is also in contention for the award.
Treaty's Madison McGuane is also in contention for Young Player of the Year. She is in the running for the award alongside Peamount United duo Mary Phillips and Ellen Dolan, Bohemians midfielder Aoibhe Brennan, Shamrock Rovers ace Ella Kelly and Sligo Rovers goalkeeper Bonnie McKiernan.
Also in contention for an award is departed manager Sean Russell, the Dublin native is in the running for Manager of the Year.
Russell, who parted ways with the club with two games of the season remaining led the Shannonsiders to their highest-ever points tally accumulated in a Premier Division season (33), as well as an FAI Cup semi-final berth.
Russell is nominated alongside Colin Fortune (Athlone Town), Alban Hysa (Bohemians).
The 11 players who will make up the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division Team of the Year will be unveiled at the ceremony along with the winners for the SSE Airtricity Women’s Premier Division Goal of the Year (Presented by Rockshore), EA SPORTS LOI WU19 Player of the Year (Presented by EA SPORTS) and EA SPORTS LOI WU17 Player of the Year (Presented by UMBRO), as well as the recipients of the Services to League of Ireland Award (Presented by SSE Airtricity).
