Over the past two years, Treaty United has built strong momentum both on and off the pitch, following its acquisition by Ciara McCormack and Tricor Pacific Capital. This season, the men’s squad is in playoff position, the women’s team has broken the club’s all-time points record, and several academy players have earned international recognition, including youth call-ups for
Ireland and an International Player of the Year award.

Off the pitch, the club secured a long-term lease at The Markets Field, cementing its home in Limerick. Treaty United has also begun building strong European academy links, including a trip to La Liga Academy, Villarreal CF in Spain, while the successful transfer of goalkeeper Michael Dike to Brighton & Hove Albion underlined the strength of its player pathway.

To build on this foundation, the Board and leadership team have recognized the importance of appointing an experienced professional to take full responsibility for the club’s business, commercial, and operational activities. The new MD will lead areas such as commercial development, matchday experience, facilities, finance, governance, and community partnerships
— ensuring Treaty United continues to thrive off the pitch.

"Treaty United has reached a crucial stage in its journey,” said CEO Ciara McCormack.

“We’ve made great progress in the last two years, and bringing in a Managing Director will ensure our business operations grow in line with our football ambitions. I look forward to working closely with the new MD, ensuring alignment between football and business operations, with my focus shifting primarily to driving football strategy, player development and on-field  success — as we strive to be a leader in Irish football, on and off the pitch."

Treaty United FC is now inviting applications from experienced and visionary leaders who are passionate about football and community, and who have the expertise to help grow the club into one of Ireland’s most successful and sustainable sporting organizations.
