TREATY United is predicting a difficult assignment this Friday night as he brings his charges to the Carlisle Grounds to face Bray Wanderers in the SSE Airtricity League First Division.

Treaty go into the fixture on the back of an impressive 3-0 home victory over Kerry FC at the Markets Field last time out.

Friday's second-placed opponents Bray are currently on a three-match winning streak and Barrett is expecting a tough challenge from the Seagulls.

“They’re the form team at the moment, themselves and Dundalk,” Barrett said after their Munster derby win on Friday night..
“It’s always a really difficult place to go, always. Hopefully we can get some sort of a result there”

Treaty will be playing on an astro turf pitch at the Carlisle Grounds, something the Treaty manager says is irrelevant for his side.
“The last time we played on an astro turf we won 5-0 so we can play on both,” Barrett said.

Reflecting on their win over Kerry FC last time out. Barrett said he was pleased, adding that resilience is key to performing well in this league. He said: “Anyone can beat anyone in this division, Kerry had their chances tonight, but we took ours.”
