Treaty United seek back-to-backs wins in Women's Premier Division

TREATY United will look to make it back-to-back wins at the start of the Women's Premier Division season when travelling to Dublin this weekend to take on DLR Waves.

The game takes place at UCD Bowl on Saturday at 3pm.

Goals in either half from Katie Lawlee and Isabella Flocchini saw Treaty United record a 2-0 victory over league newcomers Waterford WFC in their opening day Women's Premier Division fixture at the Markets Field on Saturday.

Treaty hit the front on 35 minutes when Limerick's Katie Lawlee volleyed the ball superbly into the roof of the net.

Lawlee, an Ireland underage international, is in her third season of first-team football with Treaty United.

The Sean Russell managed side then doubled their advantage on with another spectacular goal in the 76th minutes, this time scored by American player Bella Flocchini.
