Kieren Donnelly at the double as Boston ease past Tamworth

Kieren Donnelly scored twice as Boston earned a comfortable 3-1 victory at Tamworth in the National League.

The visitors hit the front in the 20th minute when Liam Waldock and Marcel Lavinier combined and Donnelly was on hand to finish off the move.

Boston doubled their lead from the penalty spot six minutes into the second half after Jasbir Singh brought down Jordy Hiwula, who dusted himself down and tucked home the resulting spot-kick.

They added a third five minutes later when Donnelly lobbed in before Dillon De Silva grabbed a consolation for the hosts eight minutes into stoppage time.
