Scunthorpe recover from early setback to take a point against Boreham Wood

Matt Rush scored in the first minute for Boreham Wood but his side were held to a 1-1 draw away against Scunthorpe.

Charles Clayden ran down the right and crossed low for Rush to bundle home with less than 60 seconds played.

Tyrell Sellars-Fleming was then brought down in the penalty area, giving Scunthorpe the chance to level from the spot with 17 minutes to play.

Callum Roberts’ penalty was saved but the winger followed up to score on the rebound to earn his side a point.
