Rochdale’s National League play-off push is firmly back on track after they swatted aside lowly Wealdstone 4-1.
Dale’s recent six-game winless run looks a thing of the past after a second straight victory moved them within three points of the top seven with two games in hand.
Wing-back Tobi Adebayo-Rowling, who signed a new deal with the club on Friday, started the scoring in the ninth minute when he exchanged passes with Ian Henderson before firing into the far corner.
Henderson got on the scoresheet in the 54th minute when he ran on to a long ball and lobbed stranded Wealdstone goalkeeper Luca Gunter before former Wealdstone winger Tarryn Allarakhia curled home the third four minutes later.
Jack Cook scored a 75th-minute consolation for Wealdstone but Aidan Barlow wrapped up a dominant home display when he slotted in a fourth with seven minutes left.
