Limerick team to compete in U18 women's national cup

LIMERICK CELTICS U18 women's team will compete in a qualifying tournament for the InsureMyHouse.ie U18 Women's National Cup this weekend.

Celtics are the only Limerick team competing in the tournament and will travel to Meteors in Dublin for the first round of the tournament on Saturday, November 11. 

The Limerick team will come up against Drogheda Wolves, Douglas Panthers and Firhouse before the winners of pools play off against each other ahead of the semi-finals on Sunday. 

Limerick Celtics play their first game at 11:30am against Douglas Panthers on court two before facing Firhouse at 1:00pm before their last game at 5:30pm against Drogheda Wolves. 

If successful in all three games they will go onto compete on the Sunday of the tournament.
