The Competition and Consumer Protection Commission has alerted the public across Ireland to a nationwide recall of a popular woolen baby sleeping garment.
SAOL Knitwear is carrying out a recall of a Baby Aran Sleeping Nest sold in multiple stores across Ireland due to fears of suffocation.

The product presents a risk of suffocation. The hood of the sleeping nest may cover the nose and/or mouth of the baby for a prolonged period during sleep, creating a risk of suffocation.
The brand is SAOL Knitwear. The SKU numbers are as follows:
NK200-004-OS | NK200-332-OS | NK200-525-OS | NK200-687-OS
There are approximately 121 affected products in the Republic of Ireland.
