A month-long search for a 17-year-old Irish girl who had been the subject of a missing person appeal has been stood down after she was found "safe and well", gardaí have confirmed.

Khushi Simhar - described as being approximately 5 foot 3 inches in height, of slim build with black hair and brown eyes - was reported missing from Kells, Co. Meath since Sunday, June 22, 2025.

She had been last seen in Navan, Co. Meath at 1pm that day. When last seen Khushi was wearing a blue and black-striped top, grey jeans and black runners.

"An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance," a garda spokesperson said.
