Kerry teen who died horse riding named locally as tributes pour in
Shock and heartbreak in Kerry as tributes pour in for young teenage girl Isabelle O'Callaghan who tragically died while she was horse riding outside her home.
Isabelle was 17 years old from Killarney in Kerry and died on Thursday 26th June 2025.
She was the cherished and beloved daughter of Eamon and Deirdre and adored sister of James.
Funeral Arrangements:
Reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home this Sunday the 29th of June from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral arriving at St. Mary's Cathedral on Monday morning at 11:45am for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Aghadoe Lawn Cemetery.

Heartfelt messages have been left on RIP.ie, with one mourner writing: "Our deepest condolences to Eammon Deirdre and James and Jimmy and all the O Callaghan family and Sean and Monica and family on your most deepest loss of your precious beautiful girl she is flying high and she will give you strength at this most difficult time May She Rest In Peace

Another message said, "Dear Eamonn Deirdre James and the extended O’Callaghan Family. Words are truly ineffective and difficult at such a devastating loss. My sincere and heartfelt condolences to you all, May her gorgeous spirit and gentle soul Rest in Eternal Paradise and may you be comforted by your treasured memories and Killarney’s love and support at this heartbreaking time".
