A man who was arrested following three knife attacks in the Stoneybatter area of Dublin has been charged, and is due to appear in court this morning, February 11.
The man, aged in his 20s, is scheduled to appear before Dublin District Court, Criminal Courts of Justice in connection with the violent assaults, which took place last Sunday and saw three men be hospitalised.
Two of the men suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries, while the third man's wounds were of a less serious nature.

The Stoneybatter community, Dublin, and the rest of Ireland were in shock after learning of the Sunday afternoon attack, with the Minister for Justice, Jim O'Callaghan, labelling the various violent incidents as "random."
The male accused is currently detained at a Garda station in the North City under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984.
The investigation is ongoing.
