ALERT: Gardai in urgent appeal as they seek to locate boy, 13, missing since the weekend

Fergus Harty, from Ballymore, County Westmeath was last seen on Saturday

Gardaí have issued a public appeal for assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a 13-year-old boy who has not been since for a number of days.

In an appeal, issued this Monday evening, they say Fergus Harty, from Ballymore, County Westmeath, was reported missing on Saturday, January 4.

He is described as being approximately 5 foot 8 inches in height, of slim build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

According to gardai, it is not known what the teenager was wearing when he went missing.

Anyone with information on Fergus’s whereabouts is asked to contact Athlone garda station in County Westmeath on 090 649 2600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
