From Killoughcarran in Creeslough, Jessica Gallagher was visiting her boyfriend who lived in one of the apartments at the complex.
Jessica had qualifications in fashion design and marketing having studied at the Fashion Academy in Paris.
She was due to start a new job as a fashion designer in Belfast. Previously, Jessica spent some time at college in Shanghai.
