Gavin James will perform in Limerick next summer

Few singer-songwriters are as adept at capturing the intimate details of everyday life — love, heartache, loss and joy — as Gavin James. From his early days busking and performing in pubs around Dublin, he honed a songwriting style rooted in emotional honesty and melodic strength, quickly earning attention at home and abroad.
Championing support from the likes of Ed Sheeran, alongside the release of his early recordings and his debut album Bitter Pill (2016), helped establish Gavin James as one of Ireland’s most successful modern singer- songwriters. Since then, his music has been streamed over three billion times worldwide, earning diamond and platinum certifications across multiple territories.

In autumn 2023, Gavin James returned with the single 'White Noise', marking a new creative chapter. Featuring a deeper vocal register and an expanded sonic palette, the track serves as a precursor to a forthcoming album of original material, currently being recorded in a studio set high in the mountains outside his home city of Dublin.
Set against the historic backdrop of King John’s Castle, this Limerick date promises an unforgettable open-air performance from one of Ireland’s most beloved artists.
