The scene on the M7 between Ballysimon and Rosbrien junctions
TWO road traffic collisions on opposite sides of the city are causing major traffic delays this Wednesday morning.
TII reports a collision on the M7 between J30 - M7/N18/M20 (Rosbrien) and J29 - M7/N24 (Ballysimon). It is affecting traffic heading in the Dublin direction but there are also delays inbound
Motorists are also experiencing long delays in Dooradoyle and Raheen from a collision on the link road between J29 and the roundabout on the Dooradoyle Road.
The extent of injuries, if any, of the occupants in the vehicles is not known at this time.

There have been heavy rain showers in Limerick this Wednesday morning.
Meanwhile, motorists heading to Limerick from Clare also face delays. TII reports a collision on the Limerick and Galway motorway between M18/N18 between J11 - Dromoland and J10 - NW heading in the direction of Limerick.
There is a full road closure in place. Road is closed after J11 - Dromoland.
