THE N20 Limerick to Cork is closed between O'Rourke's Cross and Charleville this Sunday evening following a road traffic collision.
Limerick Fire and Rescue Service are at the scene of the collision this Sunday evening. The number of vehicles involved or the extent of injuries sustained, if any, is not known at this time.

A spokesperson for Limerick City and County Council said the alternative route is via R518 Bruree to Kilmallock and R515 Kilmallock to Charleville.
"Both routes are ploughed and clear," said the spokesperson.
A number of collisions have occurred in Charleville this Sunday and on Saturday evening. Last night, there was an accident involving a bus and lorry. No injuries were reported.
The accused was charged at a vacation sitting of Limerick District Court with aggravated burglary and threatening to kill
The incident is alleged to have happened at Colbert Station on July 23 last
