Limerick woman claims over €87,000 in lotto draw
A LIMERICK woman has collected monies amounting to over €87,000 after matching five numbers plus the bonus in the main Lotto draw last month.
The woman purchased the ticket in Dunnes Stores on Henry Street in Limerick city and has claimed a whopping €87,342.
Delighted after claiming her prize, the Limerick woman said:
“On the Sunday morning, I checked the tickets and saw I matched five numbers – I thought I had won a couple of thousand euros. Then I remembered to check the bonus number – it was then I realised I had won a lot more!

"My husband and I looked at each other and just laughed. It still hasn’t sunk in, but we have a few ideas on how to use the money – we have a list of renovations around the house that need to be done!”
