PICTURES: Limerick AIL players face off against Munster A in Charity rugby game

LIMERICK players featured on the Munster A side that played against an AIL Select team during a charity game at Old Crescent RFC in aid of Milford Care Centre, Parkinson’s Association, Limerick Search & Rescue, Daughters of Charity Lisnagry, Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association and Redemptorist Christmas Poor Campaign.

It is hoped that a similar fixture will take place at the start of next season which will involve players from senior clubs in the south of the province.

The Munster 'A' team ran out 47-28 winners with Munster tries from Jack Oliver, Ben O’Connor, Max Clein, Conor Ryan, Seán Edogbo (x2) and Jake O’Riordan with Tony Butler kicking 4 conversions & Dylan Hicks 2 conversions.

AIL Select XV tries came from Brian Fitzgerald (x2), Jack Delaney and Will Reilly with three conversions from Kelvin Langan and one from Harry Byrne.
