Adverse weather forces Treaty United women's game to be postponed

Treaty United's scheduled Women's premier Division fixture has been postponed

THE adverse weather has resulted in the postponement of two scheduled SSE Airtricity Women's Premier Division games today, including Treaty United's meeting with Galway United.

Treaty United had been due to host Galway United at 5pm at the Markets Field. However, it was confirmed that the game has been postponed due to 'unplayable pitches resulting from heavy weather conditions'

The second game to be postponed was today's scheduled meeting of Cork City and Athlone Town at Turner's Cross.

It has been confirmed that a date for the rearranged fixtures will follow in due course.
