ALL six final round games in Groups 1 and 2 of the Whitebox Limerick Senior Hurling Championship take place this Saturday.
In Group One, table toppers Na Piarsaigh face Patrickswell in Claughaun on Saturday at 3pm. Na Piarsaigh have already secured their place into the SHC semi-finals, while Patrickswell have suffered relegation into Group Two following a disappointing campaign. Two hours later at 5pm, Doon take on Ahane in Cappamore, while Ballybrown meet Kilmallock in Newcastle West, also 5pm.

County champions Doon have secured knock-out hurling but Derek McGrath's side will be aiming for a victory to advance directly into the semi-finals.Ahane, Kilmallock and Ballybrown are all aiming to reach the quarter-finals. The clash between Kilmallock and Ballybrown is effectively a knock-out clash as defeat for either side would mean elimination should Ahane overcome Doon. Ahane know that a win over Doon and a defeat for either Kilmallock or Ballybrown will see them advance into the quarter-finals.

All of the games in Group Two throw-in at 2pm on Saturday. Adare take on Newcastle West in Mick Neville Park at 2pm, Mungret St Paul's face Dromin-Athlacca at the same time in Bruff, while Monaleen complete their group campaign against Kildimo-Pallaskenry inStorming finish propels Doon past Ahane in dramatic Limerick premier minor hurling final

Adare are in second place on five points in Group Two of the SHC. Mark Foley's side are in pole position to reach knockout hurling if they defeat Newcastle West. Monaleen have already secured their place into the SHC quarter-finals. Dromin-Athlacca appear favourites to make the drop to premier intermediate.

Meanwhile, there were wins for Adare, Rathkeale, Mungret St Paul's and Galtee Gaels in the Limerick SFC at the weekend. Newcastle West and St Kieran's played out an exciting draw.
