THREE Limerick hurlers have been named on this week's GAA.ie team of the week. Barry Nash, Colin Coughlan and Aidan O'Connor have all been included on the starting XV. The three players have been named on the team after their performances against Galway last Saturday night.

Nash and Coughlan were picked in defence, while Aidan O'Connor was chosen at left corner forward.

Barry Nash made his second start of the Allianz Hurling League where he finished with 0-2 against Galway. UL Fitzgibbon Cup winning captain Colin Coughlan has featured regularly in the Limerick half back line throughout the league and last Saturday proved to be another impressive outing for Coughlan.

Limerick sharpshooter Aidan O'Connor was awarded TG4 man of the match. O'Connor impressed scoring 0-4 with all of his scores coming from play. Limerick cruised to a comprehensive 1-27 to 0-18 victory over Galway last Saturday night at the TUS Gaelic Grounds.

John Kiely's side now switch their focus to the Allianz Hurling League round clash against Kilkenny on Saturday at 3:30pm in UPMC Nowlan Park.
