Mark Cochrane of Trackplan which is based at the Hartnett Enterprise Acceleration Centre, LIT
IN the second of our six part video series that looks at examples of businesses that Limerick Local Enterprise Office is supporting and initiatives they use to do so, we bring you the story of a very smart Limerick company that is making life a lot easier for businesses with large and ongoing maintenance requirements.
Trackplan, which is based at the Hartnett Enterprise Acceleration Centre, Limerick Institute of Technology, has developed a software product for facilities and property managers to better manage their maintenance, assets and contractors.
The software helps manage and schedule planned activity to help drive compliance and to manage all day to day jobs requests and reactive work across the assets and buildings within each client organisation.
Since 2014 the Local Enterprise Office has been at the forefront of delivering support services to help start, grow and develop micro and small businesses like Trackplan across Limerick City and County.
