Snowy weather could hit Limerick as temperatures plunge in the coming days
MET Eireann has issued a status yellow weather warning, warning of “exceptionally cold weather” across the next week.
The advisory for Limerick and the rest of the country is in place until next Saturday, March 3.
It warns of “significant wind chill and severe frosts" expected and the possibility of “disruptive snow showers.”

The advisory is in effect from 12pm today until the same time next Saturday.
