Eimear Noonan went missing last Wednesday
A YOUNG woman from Clare has gone missing in the south-east of France.
Eimear Noonan, who hails from near Feakle in Co Clare, went missing from her home last Wednesday.
Aged in her 20s, she was in Annonay, a small own located around 76km south of Lyon, where she is working as a teacher.
Ms Noonan’s family have flown out to France to assist in searches.
Here, a massive social media campaign has begun in relation to establish her whereabouts.
She studies at University College Cork, and had completed her primary education at Gort Community School in south county Galway.
The Department of Foreign Affairs is providing consular assistance.
