GARDAÍ in Limerick are investigating an incident which saw a man aged in his mid-30s brought to University Hospital Limerick (UHL) with serious injuries.
An incident in Pallasgreen on Monday, October 14 at approximately 11:30pm, saw gardaí and emergency services attend the scene, which is believed to have happened outside of a residence in the village of Nicker.
Gardaí have confirmed that they seized a vehicle believed to have been involved in the incident, and that a man in his 30s was treated in UHL for “serious but non-life threatening injuries”.
Limerick Live understand that the victim was allegedly driven at deliberately. It is understood he suffered a serious leg injury.
The scene of the alleged incident was subject to a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.

Gardaí are now appealing for witnesses to come forward. Any road users or pedestrians who were travelling in the Nicker area of Pallasgreen on Monday evening between 10pm and 11.30pm, and who may have camera footage (including dash cam) are asked to make this available to investigating gardaí.
